Rose Partners and AZ NGA enter Strategic Partnership

By Natalie Dolan

Melbourne-based accounting and advisory business, Rose Partners, and professional services group, AZ NGA, have entered into a mutually beneficial strategic partnership to share knowledge, collaborate on projects and drive growth across both organisations.

Ben Simon, Partner at Rose Partners, said the group’s partnership with AZ NGA enabled it to achieve key goals including the acceleration of expansion plans and the creation of opportunities for junior partners to buy in.

“We are a mature business with a highly experienced leadership team and ambitious plans to grow organically and through M&A,” he said.

“We have the right structure, processes and systems in place to drive efficiencies and growth, and we want to share our knowledge and expertise to create value for our staff, clients and business partners.”

Established in 1976, Rose Partners is the trusted adviser to prominent Australian families and businesses.

A significant number of the group’s clients include HNW clients and healthcare professionals such as doctors, dentists, pharmacists, and allied health specialists.

Rose Partners provides a range of advisory services to businesses.

Through the group’s Rose Health division, they assist Healthcare professionals looking to buy, sell or finance including due diligence, valuations and transaction support, as well as core Taxation services.

Rose Partners has strong relationships with all major banks and institutions as well as being panel valuers.

AZ NGA Chief Executive Officer Paul Barrett said Rose Partners was an exceptional business with a passionate, dedicated team and the ability to bring innovative solutions to market, citing the recent launch of Rose Management Accounting Services.

“Rose Partners is a high calibre business with deep specialisation. A number of AZ NGA member firms that operate in the healthcare space have worked with the team there to support mutual clients so there is already a lot of trust and familiarity,” he said.

“Together we can learn from one another and achieve much more than we could individually.”
