We are seeking two experienced Client Relationship Managers, based in Brisbane and Sydney.

The Client Relationship Manager works with Financial Planners (FP) to assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies for clients.

The Client Relationship Manager title may be used to describe candidates entering the business with previous experience in the Financial Services industry or progressing within the business from a Graduate Client Relationship Manager role, or those who are working towards commencing their Professional Year.

This role will work closely with clients throughout the entirety of the advice process, and complete set tasks within time constraints. The CRM works closely with clients in conjunction with SFPs and FPs, forming good relationships and ensuring their knowledge of their client’s circumstances remains
current.

The CRM may enter the business as an experienced CRM or by growing progressing through a Graduate Client Relationship Manager role. The CRM will have developed their skills to a point where they are able to work quite autonomously with less day to day supervision required from SCRMs.

The CRM will work directly with FPs and Head of Client Services in a mutually beneficial manner – the CRM will assist the FP to provide high quality client services. The CRM will display a commitment to learning and development and the firm’s vision and culture.

The Head of Cyber is a newly created role and plays a critical role in protecting AZ NGA as the Group continues to grow and evolve.  The role is accountable for setting the Group’s cyber security strategy and establishing clear, pragmatic standards that lift cyber maturity across AZ NGA. This is not a purely technical function; the role works closely with leaders to embed cyber risk management into everyday business decisions, acquisitions and growth initiatives.

This will include oversight of cyber governance, risk and compliance obligations, third-party and vendor risk management incident response readiness and educating leaders and the Board to ensure cyber risk is understood in commercial terms and human terms – not just technical ones.

The roles support the delivery of high-quality financial advice across wealth, retirement and investment planning. Working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, the Financial Planner will contribute to the preparation of Statements of Advice and Reviews, client meetings and supports ongoing client reviews.

 

The role is client focussed and will take on client servicing of an existing book of clients and opportunity to build and grow new ones, you’ll be working in a collaborative growing practice with a great team and support network.
